As we specialize in carefully curated pre-owned luxury designer pieces, we kindly ask you to read our return policy before making a purchase.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 days to send the item back.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• be in the same condition as received;
• include all original accessories, authenticity certificates (if provided), tags and packaging;
• not show any new signs of wear, damage or odours.

If an item is returned in a different condition than it was received, a deduction for loss of value may be applied where permitted by law.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the item until it has been received by Marce Blue Vintage Luxury.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
