Authenticity

Every item sold by Marce Blue Vintage Luxury is carefully inspected for authenticity before being offered for sale.

Where available, an authenticity certificate or proof of authentication will be included with your purchase.

Vintage Condition

We specialize in authentic pre-owned luxury designer pieces.

As these items are vintage or previously owned, they may show signs of age and normal wear. Any noticeable imperfections will be described and photographed as accurately as possible.

Condition Disclosure

We encourage customers to carefully review all product photographs and descriptions before making a purchase. The photographs and written description form an integral part of the product condition report.

Minor imperfections, softened leather, creasing, scratches, hardware patina, slight colour variations and other signs of age are considered normal characteristics of vintage and pre-owned luxury items and are not regarded as defects.

Vintage Odour Disclaimer

Due to their age and previous storage conditions, vintage leather handbags and accessories may have a characteristic vintage scent.

This is considered a normal characteristic of vintage products and does not constitute a defect or valid reason for a complaint.

Brand Disclaimer

Marce Blue Vintage Luxury is an independent reseller of authentic pre-owned luxury goods.

Marce Blue Vintage Luxury is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorised by any of the brands offered for sale.

All trademarks, brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

The sale of authentic pre-owned goods is carried out in accordance with the applicable laws governing the resale of genuine products.

Product Images

Product photographs form part of the product description.

We make every effort to display colours, materials and condition as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€).

Applicable taxes are included where required by law.

Payment

Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.

Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and the shipping carrier.

Marce Blue Vintage Luxury cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Transfer of Ownership

Ownership of the purchased item transfers to the customer only after full payment has been received.

Limitation of Liability

Marce Blue Vintage Luxury is not liable for normal wear associated with vintage items or damage resulting from improper use after delivery.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law.
